Class Schedule


Classes are held in the studio unless otherwise noted.

Monday 7 pm : Regular – 85 minutes

Tuesday 7 pm : Simplified – 60 minutes
Tuesday 8:15 pm : Modified – 60 minutes

Wednesday 7 pm : Simplified – 60 minutes
Wednesday 8:15 pm : Modified – 60 minutes

Thursday 7 pm : Restful Yoga – 60 minutes

Class Descriptions


Simplified :  Simplified classes teach the basics of yoga postures and working with, rather than against, your body. Because we will show you how to modify postures to work best with your own body, this class is accessible to anyone regardless of your strength or flexibility. Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00 pm, 60 minutes.

Modified :  Once you are familiar with the postures from the Simplified class, step into the Modified classes. These classes use a shortened version of the Amrit Yoga posture sequence and will help you to continue developing a strong, healthy body and also teach you to develop a greater sense of ease as you de-stress the mind. Tuesday & Wednesday 8:15 pm, 60 minutes.

Regular :  You have experienced the balance of physical effort and mental ease in the Modified class, now take your practice a step further in the Regular classes. The Regular classes focus on using the postures as an entry point to meditation. Developing the skill of meditation in motion can help you maintain a great sense of ease both on and off the mat. This class uses the full Amrit Yoga posture sequence with basic concepts of following prana and micro-movements. Monday 7 pm, 85 minutes.

Restful Yoga :  Restful Yoga is a gentler physical version of our typical yoga class.  A prolonged warm-up is followed by gentle stretching and meditative awareness of the body.  The class then flows into a modified version of postures, or asanas, different than those in our regular asana classes.  The Restful Yoga class is perfect for those who suffer from chronic health conditions and physical limitations.  This class offers a fulfilling yet manageable way for anyone to participate in a yoga class. Thursday 7 pm, 60 minutes.

Liability Waiver


Our insurance requires that all students have a liability waiver on file with us.  You may either complete one at the studio before your first class or you may print out a copy and bring it with you to your first class.
